I like this airport, its easy to navigate, clean and comfortable. I would like better restaurants in the food court, they only have crappy fast food and nice wine - doesn't make sense.
Id prefer more seating, the seating they have is comfortable however.
I dislike how you arrive at the airport, picking someone up in the front is a huge mess. People are helpful and kind.

I have been going here for about a year now, and I have to tell you it is the most satisfying and pleasant salon experience I have ever had.
I\'m a man first of all, and men are not huge salon go-ers. I\'ll tell you about my experience there and then you\'ll know why.
It starts with the staff removing your jacket when you arrive, then a complimentary drink (anything you can think of) is handed to you while you wait in comfort. Prior to meeting with your stylist, you are given a scalp massage while you enjoy your beverage. Once your stylist is ready, you are seated for a rinse and shampoo - another scalp massage! They properly and carefully dry you hair and then you are brought to your stylist\'s station. They are artists, very professional and hospitable. Once you are done, they rinse you again and place a steaming towel on your face while they do it (amazing) and once they are done rinsing, they lightly spray you with an invigorating mist and the stylist finishes your hair.
Best spot in Ottawa!!!!

I had lunch here with a friend.
When we arrived to our table, it was dirty and they took a while to serve us drinks, intro us to our server and clean the table. We sat at our dirty table with no sight of a server for 12 minutes. Brutal service.
It wasn't even busy at all and there were many servers on. Not too sure what the problem was.
So we waited for our meals, it arrived 18 minutes after sitting. Not the greatest, and the wait was with unfilled drinks. We were just sitting there for a while.
I had a hamburger and my guest had a salad. The burger had a cheap valu-plus bun on it and really old coleslaw and garnishes. Fries were good, but it hard to mess up fries. Salad was meek and flavorless.
I won't go back, it's a waste of time. You are better off at Harveys or something. You'll get better food and way better service. Value was good because it was cheap and the food was just that - cheap.

I love this place. Staff are total professionals, they don't write anything down and they get it perfect everytime.
Once you seat yourself you are served immediately and your meal comes within 3-5 minutes. Seating is comfortable and spacious, and the service is just amazing. I always go for breakfast - this place is one of the best breakfast spots I have ever been to as far as service goes.
Food is a good breakfast, very inexpensive, includes coffee. Great spot - check it out!

I had brunch here on a Monday. Nice decor, and bright windows.
Staff was ok, food was good but not amazing. I found it a little over priced for what you are getting. You kind of expect a Cora's type of meal for the price, and you get kinda Mom n' Pops.
I'm not sure I would return, I would rather go to a Mom n' Pops diner and get the same for half the price and half the time.
