5/5 We bought a town house unit from Sunfield Homes in 2010; once again, closing date has been changed to early 2014. I can't believe it is taking this very reputable company 4 years to build these homes. Response from: Dominic on Feb 19, 2013 - 3:10 pm I agree with your comments...perhaps the builder is hoping that you and all other purchasers bail out so that they can resell for more money... but that is my opinion anyway. I have purchased 5 new homes previously and have never seen a builder take 4 years to build a home. Just down the street on the opposite side of Dundas Street, another builder has built at least 1000 homes over the last 2 years.
