I found the only negative thing living here has nothing to do with the buildings itself - they're well managed, cared for and the rent is quite level with other large complexes - it's the buses. If you have a car, I'm sure it's great, but the bus systems around Prince of Wales is terrible. You'll wait for the #3 forever and often it just didn't come. The Italian grocery store is really well priced and the walking paths are lovely around the apartments. Great place.
