Finally renovated!!! My first concern was that the food will also improve from what I had last time. I was right. Overall, my experiences was great and the new owners were there to greet all their customers.

The last reviewer was totally correct, and they have to do something about it. I hate to see the restaurant close down. The business is so dead there but they continue to have great food and service. The takeout counter was completely dead, another sign of problems to come.

Excellent food, service and value. The place was dead though for a Thursday evening as compare to the what it was like a few years ago. Looking at the place, it need a complete overhaul. Driving by, the place looks like it was closed.

Their service is really good!!!!!Their food is good but its not my best restaurant to eat! Overall a great restaurant to eat i really love the atmosphere

This place is really due for it's renovation. The atmosphere is way out of date and the tables and chairs are really in rough shape. One good thing was the service. The waiter we had was well beyond what I consider good service. He was fast, attentive and polite.

Alway the best value in town with great, fast service and consistant quality. It will be nice when they finally finish the new restaurant they plan to move into.

I love this place for their large portions and their great service. A server was going from table to table serving coffee and it turn out to be the owner Mr. Eskandarian. I had a nice chat with him and he explained that they will have a brand new building and restaurant in 4 months. I told him,I'll be the first one in line.

I love this restaurant! The food is great, the service is fast and the staff are very friendly. I just found the parking area is a little under lit.
