Numerous instructors, all of whom are very helpful and knowledgeable. The school focuses a bit more on handwork/boxing than some other TKD schools. Nice range of self-defense techniques taught in addition to the standard ITF forms. They do a very good job of engaging kids in the kids-only and family classes. I have not seen any of the weapons classes so can't comment on those. Moved to Ottawa after practicing elsewhere for several years. The Saroughi school has been a great find.

Being diabetic insulin dependant and cardiac, I have joined Saroughi Fitness Club and within 2 weeks I have seen a tremendous improvement, such as weight loss, more energy, better control of my glycemia, and no shortness of breath. Both Master Sam and Alton helped me achieve my goals through their dedication and professionalism. They take into account every one’s special needs. Thanks to them I accomplished my goals

i have been training with master Sam saroughi for past 17 years on and off, and i love Saroughi Martial Art club they are so good, kind with people and kids love going there my little boy joined 3 years ago and he won't miss out one day specialy with the new club we just love it so beautiful. thanks Master Saroughis great job done.

I want to thank Sam and his staff for the wonderful job he is doing train my son. He loves going there and seems to get all his energy out at the club.

I stopped by to check out this new Martial Arts club and it looks fantastic. I have heard a lot about the instructor Sam as he's been teaching for many years in the Alta Vista neighborhood. He has taught a few of my friends of my that are now Black Belts.
