4.75/5 Numerous instructors, all of whom are very helpful and knowledgeable. The school focuses a bit more on handwork/boxing than some other TKD schools. Nice range of self-defense techniques taught in addition to the standard ITF forms. They do a very good job of engaging kids in the kids-only and family classes. I have not seen any of the weapons classes so can't comment on those. Moved to Ottawa after practicing elsewhere for several years. 5/5 Being diabetic insulin dependant and cardiac, I have joined Saroughi Fitness Club and within 2 weeks I have seen a tremendous improvement, such as weight loss, more energy, better control of my glycemia, and no shortness of breath.
