The food here is great! The spring rolls are really good with the dipping sauce, the salad rolls are fresh and made with vermicelli, mint leaves and any meat(the chicken is my pick!), and the vermicelli meals with pan seared beef, carrot spears and green onions is filling! And the best part - fortune cookies! A bit pricey.
It's across the street from CornerStone & Tila Tequila.

Second time there. First was with a big group (20) and I did not enjoy the experience.

This time was much better. Food is excellent. Service is good but difficult to comunicate with server. Use the numbers on the menu to order.

The restaurant is pretty small but usually has a few open spaces.

I would recommend this to anyone who likes to try new food styles.

Saigon is one of my favourite vietnamese restaurant in Ottawa.

The food was excellent. Service was good. The place is clean with a new look compare to before.
