The hostess was extremely rude. Not only did she make my girlfriend and I wait for a very long time when the restaurant was empty, when she sat us down she told us to be out by 6pm. Are you kidding me!?You can't just tell someone to be out of the restaurant by a certain time, there are better tactics to do this such as bringing the bill.... Worst hostess in the world. I have never been treated so badly in my life. However, our sever, just like always, was great. the food delicious, the place always nice and classy and the prices were fair.

Very classy, good prices and all the staff were friendly. I STRONGLY recommend the portobello chicken. Our waitress was so nice that when my girlfriend and I were not satisfied with our champagne (we were there to celebrate our one year anniversary)she recommended that house wine. Now that is service!

Me and my girlfriend went for lunch during the tulip festival weekend. First thing that took me off guard was that the restaurant was mostly empty even though thousands of people were walking around the Parliament area.The restaurant has a very nice and elegant feel for it. The bathrooms were also nice and clean. However the service was absolutely horrible. Long story short - our waitor didn't take our order , we had to flag a different waitress down to help us out which she brought us drinks thankfully. Our waitor eventually makes his way to our table after 20 minutes of being there and takes our order... we wait another 20 minutes and the previous waitress that we flagged down brings out our food and refills. Our waitor stops by only to drop off our bill and didn't even ask how it was. The service here was horrible, the place was dead and I saw alot of staff walking around but nobody doing anything. My sandwich & fries were very bland and very cold and as a previous poster mentioned everything tasted very pre packaged. I recommend to people to avoid this restaurant as the service , food quality and the menu is very very limited.

went with my Mother who was visiting from another province. I absolutely adore Milestones on Sussex Drive! Everytime I go I am very satisfied. The other reviewers must have been at another resturant. The Spinach Dip is to die for and the best in teh city (and I have tried many!) the Prime Rib is cooked to prefection and the Garlic Whipped Potatoes are done perfectly. My motehrs seafood pasta, on their specialty menu was filled with fresh scallops, shrips, etc. etc. and being from the maritimes we know our fresh seafood.the only downside to Milestones is their dessert menu, which leaves much to the imagination - but after eating their delicious food and appitizers, I never have room for dessert!

Ive gone to the one at Pinecrest not to long ago.Food was okay not the greatest.Nothing to rave about.Nice Atmosphere and okay service but i wouldnt go back.Prices are way to high for what you get dont get me wrong the portions are a good size but the food is a bit bland.
