This restaurant has the best sea food in Ottawa. They have this steamed ginger oyster dish at a cost of $3.00 per oyster that is done in perfection.

This restaurant is located in a basement level of a strip mall. It's a strange setting as it is basically a large room with several small private room off to each side. The ambient, service, meal, and price was average. The best feature was the private room. Make sure you call for a reservation as the place is always packed.

More traditional chinese place - clean and pretty good food. I have not been disappointed after numerous visits.

I totally agree with the last reviewer about this restaurant's choice of dishes. There are so many variety of exotic dishes that it makes no sense for restaurant to use sharks fins.

Any restaurant that sells shark fin soup is a not a place to support in my books. I will never go here after watching sharkwater. It makes me sick to even think about.

This is one of my favorite Chinese food places in the southwestern end of the city. The prices are reasonable and if you are there after 8pm you can order off of their snack menu which has a good variety of selections of small, cheap, plates. Their shrimp shiu mai and pork shiu mai are great. I am also a big fan of the salt and pepper prawns and the salt and pepper squid. The crab claws stuffed with shrimp paste are very good as well.

I was first brought to this place in February. Although it is located in a basement, the restaurant is well lit, neat, and clean; especially when you compare it with those in Chinatown. There are a few VIP rooms offering flat-screen TVs, which I think would be best for gathering of family or friends. In terms of dim sums, I would give 7/10, not because of the quality, but food choices. I am looking forward to trying other kinds such as Shanghai dumplings in future. The prices are reasonable... If you compare this place with Mandarin Olgivy, the lunch here will cost you much less here.
