I've been going to this Y for around a year now and although not for everyone, I find its crumbling walls, rust and drab interior to have a certain nostalgic flare. The clientele is varied from the meat head jocks to the people that are making a true go at fitness for the first time. The indoor cycling classes are great, but it's hard to find a teacher with the same music tastes as you. The staff are really friendly and the trainers are knowledgeable and they do try to match you up with a good fit.
