Really good place. music really quiet. not too loud. People are nice. not really talkative. Food is the second so far at being the least expensive for your bowl of pho. (9$ for a typical basketball-sized bowl of pho soup. you can get smaller though. like i do. i've had way more expensive for less soup. its a really good restaurant. id recommend it to anyone who has never had vietnamese beef soup before. great place to start.
