Really good place. music really quiet. not too loud.
People are nice. not really talkative.
Food is the second so far at being the least expensive for your bowl of pho. (9$ for a typical basketball-sized bowl of pho soup. you can get smaller though. like i do. i've had way more expensive for less soup.
its a really good restaurant. id recommend it to anyone who has never had vietnamese beef soup before. great place to start.
I constantly go back to Pho Bamboo.
The servers are very nice and friendly. I've also met the owner and she's very nice, sweet and family-oriented as she brings her kids to the restaurant all the time.
I usually order the seafood soup and you definitely get more than what you paid for. The portions are big, especially the rice plates.
I very much enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. The music is soothing and the sound of the fountain is very relaxing.
I definitely recommend this restaurant.
I liked the food, however, there was a strange smell that I didn't enjoy. Prices were average, and I liked the decoration of the place.
A fun atmopshere.
Booths are very intimate while reatining the SE Asian feel.
Love the sound of the fountain. Very friendly - anxious to please staff.
Fresh very tasty food. The rice paper sald rolls are delicious. The seafood soup is not only scrumptious but good value. All dishes with lemongrass are terrific. We had a lovely chicken dish - with side of mint - refreshing lightly spiced taste. Wish it was open on sunday for dinner. Great take out as well.
This place should def change locations. How can people bring their children and family members when there is a wh*re house directly above the place .Too bad Pho Bamboo shares their parking lot with nasty purchasures of prostitution. Who knows what could happen to someone there at night time. All the perverts comming out of that place, ottawa police should wake the heck up and close this place down. HOw can you eat there knowing very nasty stuff is going on right above you?
