Terrible service. We have had 5 service visits thus far and the next one later this week for poor installation and some faulty product out of his manufacturing plant in China. Boards were not pushed together completely before glue applied, transition strips were badly done and now redone 3 times, floor was damaged by them when they attempted to repair transition strips. Out of the 6 visits to our house, the service Manager was the only who ever showed up on time. Usually 1-3 hours late and one day they were 6 hours late. They were paid to remove and re-install baseboards and literally threw them on. They were misaligned and damaged. Service Manager flicked one base board off with his finger. I only submitted one picture, email if you would like to see the next 10 or so.
