The restaurant Kelsey's is mediocre. There is nothing special about it, not to say that it sucks haha. That is not my intention. If you are looking for a lunch/dinner meal and don't feel like eating Denny's which is right beside it, go to Kelsey's. I feel their employees don't like their jobs at times, and the food waiting time is slow. The quality of the food could be better at the price they charge at but that is their business.
