The only reason I chose this company and not others is because I saw all the positive reviews. Yesterday I got a car towed from a friend's house to mine. The car was 4 hours late to arrive, but when I called I was told they had 3 other cars to deal with first. Also, the weather was pretty crappy last night. The guy who towed the car was very nice and friendly. They also have their service available 24/7. I was charged 60$ but apparently it's only 50$ in the summer. Apart from the 4 hour wait, i was happy!
