I had a regularly scheduled maintenance appointment with Dr. Kachuck on April 9. About a week before my appointment, I left a phone message with his office. I asked that the doctor look at my wife's denture which was causing her some discomfort and pain. I requested that we have simultaneous appointments. The office never returned my call; there was no need. My request was accepted without question. While I was having my teeth cleaned, Dr. Kachuck and the staff paid special attention to my wife, Barbara. Barb's denture problem was quickly fixed. They treated her like a queen and made me feel like a VIP. Thank you. I have always been happy with the excellent customer service and competence of this office. Everyone is friendly and courteous.
