BEWARE - STAFF DOES NOT TELL YOU ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNTIL AFTER YOU SIGN PAPERWORK. ORDERED 2 DRESSES ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, CALLED BACK ONE HOUR LATER TO CANCEL ONE AND WAS TOLD NO. I WAS TOLD DRESS WAS ORDERED AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED VIA COMPUTER. NO DRESS IS IN PRODUCTION ONE HOUR AFTER ORDERING ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON. SALES MANAGERS AND STAFF CAN NOT REFUND, HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED HOW. OWNER TOOK 11 DAYS TO CALL ME AND REFUSE REFUND.
