Vittoria Trattoria
I heard about this place and thought I try some place away from busy downtown. I was not impress. The restaurant reminded me of a banquet hall with 1 big room and tables all lay out in a row . The decor was nice which I guess explains for the pricey Menu. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. I don't recommend it at all.
I love Vittoria Trattoria! I've been to the one on Riverside a few times and can confidently say that the service has always been outstanding! They really set the standard for what a classy and customer-friendly restaurant should be like.
They have good wine and champagne and their food is excellent.
I also really enjoyed the complimentary bread. It was very fresh and tasted wonderful dipped in oil.
I recommend Vittoria Trattoria located on Riverside to anyone! Whether it is your birthday, or a special celebration, you must check it out! You will not be disappointed.
Amazing food! I am a student, and therefore have a tight budget. BUT I still budget to accommodate the occasional visit to this restaurant. The food is delicious, as is the wine. Great atmosphere and I strongly recommend you try it out!
I ordered fettuccine with mushroom Alfredo sauce, a small cake for dessert, and a glass of wine. The serving was tiny, especially by Italian pasta standards, and the sauce was flavoured with instant dried mushroom, not the real thing. The atmosphere is open, bright and moderately loud, definitely not the place for a quiet conversation. Service was average, no better. Cost, over $40, far too high for a week night. And to rub it in, a neighbouring shopkeeper kept barging in demanding to know if the owner of a car parked in front of his shop was in the restaurant! (It's a strip mall, no reserved parking.) Never again.
