Horrible customer service from the owner Steve.
Steve the owner is the rudest man ever.
Worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Rude, unapologetic and unwilling to resolve a problem in good faith. Don't buy anything from this store unless you're willing to be treated very poorly if unsatisified with your purchase upon delivery.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
Our order took 3 months to come in and not 6-8 weeks as promised.
They were VERY rude when we called to find out where the order was when the 8 weeks had passed. Normally when something is going to be late a business will call the customer. They had no idea the order was expected at a certain point or late. Basically, you might never get your order unless you follow up.
The delivery truck has now caused significant damage to our driveway. There had been some snow/rain and the driver decided that the truck needed to be parked as close as possible to the house. It has torn up our yard and the paving which is now going to cost a significant amount to fix.
BOTTOM LINE: The prices are not special and you will get better service elsewhere!
We bought a beautiful bedroom set but unfortunately it took way longer than we were told. The worse part is that the staff made us feel like we were bothering them anytime we called to check on the status and never once apologized for the inconvenience - they really didn't seem to care at all about what the clients thought once a sale was made. My neighbor felt the exact same way about their purchase as well. Loved the furniture but hated the service.
Very slow to deliver. I had to wait 12 weeks for book shelves that I was told would take 4 to 6 weeks. My brother in-law had to wait 16 weeks for his sofa. Poor communication and not able to stick to their delivery commitments.
