Did an awesome Strongman type parknig lot WOD today. 5 Rounds for Time5 X Tire Flips10 X Box Jumps onto the tire20 yards Walking Lunges400m RunUnfortunately, due to the untimely death of our box owner, we are limited in the equipment we have to use until the box reopens but in the true spirit of CF we are doing what we can with what we have and making the best of it. This was such an awesome workout I wanted to share.Dusty
The Keg is always fantastic. The steaks cooked to perfection, the service always friendly and efficient and well its hard to complain about anything this location has to offer
The Keg is definitely a solid restaurant - a dependable factory line! Good steaks, good sides like their twice baked potatoes, and their sour-dough bread is fantastic! if u enjoy light wines, try the J.Lohr Cypress Hills White Zinfandel!
y husband and I had our supper there tonight, the food was very good. As starters, we had escargot stuffed mushroom caps, well-seasoned with garlic and herbs. We also ordered a spinach salad but since they run out of it they replaced it by a mix of different young salad greens which was filling up with mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, pecans, goat cheese in a tasty chardonnay vinaigrette. We like our appetizers. Our main course was as appetizing as the starters, the grilled rib steak with sautéed mushrooms and the peppercorn New York striploin with black peppercorns sauce. Our waiter Paul was a little bit shy, but very polite and professional. He suggested us a good wine with our food. We had a very good service with Paul. We will be back for sure!
I've been to all three Kegs in town and this location is my favorite one. I was there on a Tuesday night and it was quite busy but we were seated right away. Service and food was great. Decor is nice and new. Steak cooked just the way we like it.
Fantastic meal! Cooked well, exactly like I wanted it. Double baker potato was fabulous. Tried some Wolfblass Red Label with my fillet mignon. I'm defidently coming back.
