This Albert street location used to be good, but starting in early 2006, dropped sharply in quality to the point that it is no longer worthy of being recommended unless changes are made. Cooking is uneven in quality, freshness sometimes left to be desired. As was pointed out below, for sit-in dining, preferences in services and food preparation will be made rather unsubtly.
There are much better Asian restaurants not too far away (New Asian Retaurant on Bank at Cooper for example) that has made this once-staple a relic, unless they change their style. (Tea is not always free, but cookies should be...)
Excellent buffet. Hot and replenished often. In the main lounge downstairs, the food is quite good as well. Recommend sizzling seafood dish.
