Great looking bikes, too bad the service doesn't match.
I've been dealing with British Italian for over a year now, and am constantly amazed at the poor customer service. Entering the front door, they hardly give you the time of day unless you're wearing leathers. In the shop, i've learned that "we'll call you" is an empty promise. Most recently, i dropped my bike off and was told it would have to be tested cold the following morning and "we'll call you to let you know the results". no call. no contact whatsoever until i called them a week later and was told "its on the lift now, we're looking at it. we'll call you later today". surprise, surprise, no call. Finally the next day i call back and was told "we tried calling you this morning but it just rang and rang". Not only do I have voice mail on my phone, but it keeps a log of everyone that called and hung up, yet no record of this mystery call.
Its at the point where i'd rather drive out from Vancouver to the shop in langley.
