HiI currently have the free vsoiern installed but when I look at the results it's giving me the results for all the questionnaires completed merged together with an average score as opposed to the invidivual results I need for each person who completes the questionnaire. Is it possible to have them individually please? In the user data section of the results page entitled users answers if two people have completed the questionnaire it will give me both their responses but without identifying who said what and then at the bottom of the results page it will list both email addresses from the people the completed the questionnaire an average score from all their answers and the ip address of the last person to complete the questionnaire along with the tme and date they completed it.Also for some reason even though the box is checked it isn't sending results to my admin email address.Thank you very much for your help!Sharon
Very good, highly recommended - The sushi here is the freshest in the west end, tastes better than the rest. I've tried them all
I enjoyed my experience at 168 Sushi very much. The food was great and there was a big list of items to choose from (even for vegetarians). Everything was clean, yummy and fast! I recommend the tempura and the sushi of course. The only reason I am not giving them a full 5/5 is because they screwed up on one of our orders. As a final note, keep in mind that it is an AYCE (all you can eat) buffet....UNLESS you do not finish the food. In that case, you must pay full price for whatever food you do not finish. So always check what you ordered and make sure you get what you ordered!
It's great, fresh and taste good. but lunch menu is less than other sushi buffet and the price is a little bit high.
This is my favorite all you can eat sushi in Ottawa, the drinks and desserts are included in the price, something the other restaurants don't think makes a difference, it does! Fantastic!
Never have I been to a restaurant where the customer is always WRONG. Went there with my friends on June 10th, 2011 for my birthday. My friend asked them to keep our Baskin Robbins cake (all Baskin Robbins cakes are ICE CREAM CAKES), and when it was time for them to take it out, they told us that the cake was melted cos WE didn't tell THEM that it was an ice cream cake. So my friend said, it's Baskin Robbins, basically everybody knows they only make ice cream cakes. Then the midget manager started going off into a story of how he had only celebrated his birthday twice, and that since they're Asians they wouldn't know what the hell is baskin robbins.
Then they said they were gonna make us a new cake to replace it. New cake was just a scoop of horrible tasting fried ginger ice cream, with about 4 slices of banana fritters around it, and another banana with a LETTUCE sticking on it. I was like WHAT THE FU---?? They melted off our Baskin Robbins cake and replaced it with this sh**??? And when we complained that the 'cake' was horrible, they kept saying that it was better than baskin robbins. They didn't even comp my meal, at least, after all these bs. That cake costed about $20 something and we got a replacement 'cake' that probably costed them 20 cents. They ruined a customer's birthday cake and put the blame on THEIR CUSTOMERS. Or maybe because they're Asians, they don't give a f**k about their customers, they just want profit.
I won't ever visit this restaurant again and if I am ever forced too, there is NO WAY IN HELL I am gonna give them any tips at all. F**k you 168 sushi and f**k all your employees and managers and owners. F**K YOU. Maybe you should learn that in Canada (and everywhere else in the world except maybe China where they came from), CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT. NO. MATTER. WHAT.
Nicest sushi place in town. The service was good and fast, food was great, and the ambien was exceptional pleasant considering the busyness and traffic they have. Contrary to one of the previous reviewer about the manager,I found him to be quite helpful. The day we came in, the weather was quite cold and he offer us the only available table which was near the door. He said we'll find it cold, and he'll move us once a table was available that was better located. He brought us some tea while we ordered and waited for the next table. I found that unusually kind and thoughtful.
I very much enjoyed my experience at 168.
When I first entered the restaurant, I thought it was very nice and super fancy. The booth seats were very nice and comfortable.
I liked the fact that they had pictures of the food and unlike other sushi buffets, I loved the variety of the food. I was surprised to see that there was a few selection of dim sum which was definitely a plus for me because I love dim sum! I also loved how their seaweed salad was available for lunch as most sushi buffets would only serve them for dinner.
The service was very fast although once, they ended up missing one of our food orders.
I was very impressed with the price as I didn't have to pay extra for my drink and for the ice cream.
Overall, a great experience.
The decor and ambiance is well done. The service is friendly and helpful and a far cry above many other AYCE sushi places in Ottawa. The sashimi is fresh and well-presented. There is plenty of choice for the "non-sushi" people in your party.
Yesterday I had lunch here for the first time with my boyfriend. Our first impression was that the place looked really nice, and very busy with customers. They have pictures of everything you can order on the menu which I really liked. There is not only sushi to choose from but stuff like dumplings and tempura zucchini and chicken fried rice too. It is an endless feast, and I did not expect so much food! I was so full, I couldn't even finish all the food. My only complaint is that the service was kinda slow because it was so busy and I didn't like how I had to keep searching for a waitress. I think they need to hire more staff.
We had takeout last weekend from 168 and the sushi was fresh, well prepared and very tasty. My meal also came with miso soup and a small salad. This was terrific value for the price and I would say 168 is among the best of the half a dozen sushi restaurants in the area. I am looking guests to dining in and seeing how it fares.
I visited 168 Sushi about 2 times in the year 2010 and I must say that I left the place happy every time. Even thought I didn't exactly what order, but can't complain with their lunch buffet price. On top of that, I am a big eater and I sat there for 2 hours but the foods and I ordered were brought very fast. I really like it.
It was a little hard to find, but I am glad we found the place. This has to be the best sushi place in town. It's spacious, clean, great service, and excellent selection. I'll be back many more to try out the rest of the menu.
I waited an hour for my food, while my friend got her dishes served to her nonstop.
When I asked someone (who turned out to be the OWNER) how long it would be for my next dishes, he snapped at me, banged his hand down on the side of my table....then when he brought my plate, literally DROPPED it on the table. It was so humiliating, everyone turned to stare. The fact that the OWNER did this is appalling.
Don't go into the service industry if you don't know how to deal with people, and/or if you have anger management issues. Doesn't matter how busy the restaurant is. You don't treat customers like that.
The food itself was mediocre. It made me sick, and after waiting so long, and being treated like that, I got turned off and didn't even notice. The poor, sweet servers they have there. Probably get treated like slaves. I feel so bad. Never returning.
LOVE the purple paint :) The staff barely spoke english, but that's nothing new for Japanese restaurants in this city. They have pictures of all the food choices so a great place for newbies. Very fresh fish! I can't figure out why garlic bread is on their menu. Still, MUCH better service than Sakura nearby.
This place is HUGE! I didn't expect it to be so big! There's a good variety of food, too, something I haven't seen in other places, and the cokes and other non-alcoholic drinks being included in the price of your food is a nice bonus. Very nice place
