I rented one of the properties which Mina "Italo" Marandola was the property manager of. Not only did he bully, intimidate and threaten us on numerous occasions, but he also promised many things in order to get us to sign the lease then delivered on none of them. I highly advise anyone looking to work with Mina "Italo" Marandola to think again. He is quite simply a nasty person and someone who gives real estate a very bad name.
