We trusted this realtor as a compatriot and I lost all our savings we brought from my home country just because of his negligence and misconduct.
I sent a complaint to Real Estate of Toronto (RECO) in 2012. Accordingly, RECO issued an official warning for his failure to protect buyer's interests and enforced a requirement on him to complete "Ethics and business Practice Course". I have sued him for his considerable negligence and misrepresentation and the litigation is underway in the court.
This guy posts ads all day on kijiji only to reveal that he is either pushing to sell a house, puts all these restrictions on renting/buying, defying his ads, refuses to speak with you unless you're willing to sign documentation or hire him as a realtor and is an absolute prick. Customer service is NOT his forte, he does not know how to speak to people AT ALL and is clearly money hungry. Wouldn't you want a realtor that puts your best interests before his thirst of money?
This realtor ruined our wealth and health as newcomer. He badly caused distress and hardship to all my family. I will explain it in more details soon.

This company has been in business for 15 years, doing work for companies like Dell, Epson, HP, Compaq, Sun, Scotiabank, Miracle Gro, Green Cross, Thermos, Capital Networks, Landscape Trade magazine, Catholic Cemetaries, Vapona, Minister of Health - Government of Canada, Minister of Public Works & Government Services Canada, Canadian Paediatric Society, Cadillac Fairview Corp., The Scotts Comp., Canadian Living Foundation, and Woodbine Racetrack. They have the latest computers and graphic tools and are experts in designing brochures, logos, print ads, marketing collateral and addressing all your marketing needs.
