I had Pat and his crew come to my home 4 years ago re: a leak through my window well. They came promptly and fixed the problem in an efficient manner. I have not had a problem since.
Recently, I contacted Mr. Foundation re: flooding at my father's home. Again, they responded quickly to assess the problem and provide a quote. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Mr. Foundation! The work was excellent and all of the staff were responsive and respectful.
He is an excellent doctor but this address is in Ottawa, not Belleville.
Harasses his tenants.
Unhappy with interactions
Bought a 2014 caravan from this dealer. Mousa and his son were honest with me from the start. Good pricing, friendly, would recommend them to anyone who doesn't mind buying something rebuilt.
Absolutely unprofessional, email communications were late, rude and condescending. She's in it to make money and that's all. No consideration or understanding of her clients.
Depends on the size of the house, the # of occupants, and usage teeenncids. An 800 sqft house with it's entire roof facing due south at the proper inclination (~60*) might be possible if the building is insulated well enough.
Horrible customer service from the owner Steve.
Steve the owner is the rudest man ever.
Worked with her on a listing. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
Avoid at all cost. Find another agent. She is a waste of time and money.
Very rude agent. Would suggest using another agent.
I went to see Recycle frog when they held a gold & silver session in Carp. I was NOT impressed with their representative at all.
They might be OK for run-of-the-mill, modern precious metal items, but do NOT waste your time taking any unmarked antiques, such as ancient silverware.
Their rep tried to tell me that the ONLY way to determine an unmarked item's silver content was to do a destructive acid test.
An acid test is OK for scrap metals, but not for an item that may have more value than its metal content, if sold as an antique.
I asked why they couldn't use specific gravity - after all, Archimedes figured this out over 2000 years ago and I would expect someone in the precious metal appraising business to at least have heard about specific gravity before - but apparently not this guy!
When I tried to explain what specific gravity meant, his snarky comment was "do you see any water water here?"
Well, OK then!
To be fair, they deal mainly with scrap metals and I did show up only a few minutes before their closing time, but nevertheless; I would have expected more expertise and a somewhat more polite and professional reply.
Mer foundation is now using the name capital foundation services. Beware
Horrible Service, Cheap Quality Vehicles with Cheap Parts put into them. I went in to purchase a vehicle from JANEX AUTO SALES, everyone working there seemed to have had a bad day and seem to have to always take it out on the customers. They are horrible at keeping their word and have sold me a pile of junk on wheels (with a "safety" and E-test) I don't trust there safeties thats for sure! I had my mechanic check over the vehicle and said there were many things that needed to be replaced. I would NEVER recommend dealing with JANEX AUTO SALES both IAN and SAVA are crooks and out to steal your money. BEWARE
Mr foundation took advantage of a seventy six year old woman. Patrick lecours is a thief
Worst dealer in Ottawa.
Stay away.
Biggest Scammer, forged tests.
Thank god no purchases were made.
Be prepared to be treated like shit if you want to visit these farmers.
Thknniig like that shows an expert's touch
Hi Jennifer and Becky, Thank you! I bought the table and cahirs from Restoration Hardware. I have had my eye on them for such a long time and finally decided to buy them when they had their 20% off sale. So glad I did. The finish on both the table and cahirs is in the Weathered Gray Oak. The Cane Round Back chair seats are in color Fog. The table is their Vintage French Fluted 72-92 inch table. I hope that helps. I plan on having this dining set forever!
At last some raialniotty in our little debate.
